As we are a small business, we are only currently required to collect sales tax in the State of Washington. Currently, for purchases that are delivered to an address in the State of Washington, Smiles and Joy will pay the sales taxes directly to the state on our customer's behalf. If you reside outside of the State of Washington, you may be subject to and responsible for your state's use tax.
